Modelling Optimization of Energy Efficiency in Buildings for Urban Sustainability

MOEEBIUS introduces a Holistic Energy Performance Optimization Framework that enhances current modelling approaches and delivers innovative simulation tools which deeply grasp and describe real-life building operation complexities in accurate simulation predictions that significantly reduce the “performance gap” and enhance multi-fold, continuous optimization of building energy performance as a means to further mitigate and reduce the identified “performance gap” in real-time or through retrofitting.

The conference will be organised as a part of EU "Raw Materials Week 2018" and will present the outcomes from the different project activities and experiences on recycling and recovery of raw materials gathered throughout the project. 

The main objective in HISER is to develop and demonstrate novel cost-effective holistic solutions (technological and non-technological) for a higher recovery of raw materials from ever more complex construction and demolition waste (C&DW) by considering circular economy approaches throughout the building value chain (from End-of-Life Buildings to new Buildings).
